Vail Condo Rates/Pricing

Pet Policy: No pets allowed at the Vail Racquet Club.

Deposit Policy: A 1 (one) nights lodging deposit is due upon booking your reservation.
The final payment is due 7 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If a deposited reservation is cancelled 8 or more days prior to arrival, all money collected will be refunded less a $50 handling fee. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.

Full payment is required at time of booking and are non-refundable.

Deposit Policy: A 2 (two) nights lodging deposit is due upon booking your reservation which includes Christmas or New Year.
The final payment is due November 1st.

Cancellation Policy: If a deposited reservation is cancelled prior to November 1st, all money collected will be refunded less a $100 handling fee. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled on or after November 1st.

The final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If a deposited reservation is cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival, all money collected will be refunded less a $100 handling fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.
